Pressure is killing you
You're in business, which means you're under constant pressure. It's the heavy-weight kind, even when times are good.
But times aren't good. COVID has seen to that. What was already a tough job has been made worse because of lockdowns and supply chain delays and... (add your list here).
If you're not coping, let me be the first to tell you that it's not because you're weak or because you're failing. You just have limits. Everyone does, and that's a good thing. What isn't good is when you stretch your psychological rubber band to breaking point. Nothing healthy comes of that.
My name is Nigel Rowling, and I'm a mental coach. I can't stop COVID or lockdowns, but I know how to give you the tools to weather this storm.
Nigel, I don't have time
No, you probably don't. Not for the typical 60-minute session. Which is really 100 minutes when you add half an hour of driving, plus 10 minutes to settle back into things (15 if you have to make a strong coffee to get over 60 minutes of staring at a stranger). So I believe you - you don't have time.
A harsh reality
Unfortunately, the psychological pressures don't give a s***. They aren't going away simply because you're busy. Meanwhile, you still have to cope with:
- Stress and anxiety
- Fear of failure
- Plummeting self-worth
- Emotional exhaustion
- Relationship concerns
- (Add your own)
There's a way around this: Zoom Mind Coaching
Like everyone else, lockdown forced me into online meetings. It was odd at first, but as the months ticked over, I began noticing two important things:
- Some people love the efficiency of ZOOM meetings.
- Coaching via Zoom is very effective.
That's when I decided to rejig my practice for the busy business people.
- 45-60 minute sessions
- On Zoom chat
- With clear objectives
How does Zoom Mind Coaching work?
I've worked with hundreds of clients in my career. Over that time, a clear process has emerged. No, this format is not set in stone, but it's a good guide as to what you can expect. Click on each of the steps to read a little more about what's involved.
